We took our trailer here because we believed they were a well-established, reputable service provider. Instead we got charges for diagnostics that didn’t solve anything and a bunch of “poke and hope” replacement parts and labor hours that didn’t fix anything either! The ABS light was going on and off on our 53’ dry van and after two trips into their shop, 5 days of it being out of service, and over $1200 later THE LIGHT STAYS ON CONSISTENTLY. I tried to establish a rapport with the manager and get the issue solved but all I got was stories. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then put something different on your bill. It’s pretty sad really, there’s no looking out for each other any more in this industry.
