5 Star rating from Jim Albertz, Happy customer

I am from Wisconsin, ended up having a bad axel on my enclosed trailer. It was 8pm on 05/14/2021. I spoke to Charlie, limped my trailer to the shop. Charlie not very personable or knowledgeable in my opinion. Had zero answers for me but said he would tell the Saturday crew it was a priority.
Saturday came and I came to the shop an hour after it opened. I spoke to Kyle and explained my situation in which I don’t think Charlie left a note like he said he would.
Kyle was excellent, knowledgeable and super friendly. I so appreciated his work and the fact that he fixed my trailer so I could continue working.
Kyle is a huge asset, if I would have just based my review on Charlie it would have been a 1 but because of Kyle I give this place a 5.
